Biography:
Perianne Boring is an important lobbyist and advocate for blockchain technology who devoted her professional life to the development of finance regulations. Formerly a legislative analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives and a TV host of the international finance-focused show Prime Interest, Boring established the Chamber of Digital Commerce in 2014. Under her management, the organization aims to promote the adoption of blockchain and digital assets. Since 2018, Boring has been taking part in educational work at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as an adjunct professor of blockchain.
Perianne Boring's 2019:
As a vanguard of blockchain advocacy and education, the Chamber of Digital Commerce partnered with various organizations in 2019, including the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance, a consortium of companies with the goal of furthering Ethereum implementation and adoption in enterprise software; and ErisX, a cryptocurrency exchange focused on bringing cryptocurrencies to highly regulated markets. Boring also spoke at Congressional Blockchain Education Day 2019.
