Although it has gained use over the years, one still might wonder: What is Hyperleder? Hyperledger provides businesses with distributed ledger-based frameworks and components for their assorted use cases. Based on open-source technology, numerous technological base layers exist under the Hyperledger brand, such as Hyperledger Sawtooth, Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Grid. Companies take Hyperledger options and build solutions with them, depending on their goals. The Linux Foundation oversees Hyperledger, which it originally built in 2015.

For IBM, Hyperledger Fabric was used in the construction of its blockchain platform. Many mainstream companies have used various Hyperledger solutions for different endeavors, including Oracle, Google and Salesforce.
