Win-win strategy: if you don’t use your Internet connection at the moment – just sell it in a few clicks.

VPN services are widely used among Internet users from different countries, trying to either bypass restrictions or stay secured and anonymous. For such reasons, VPN is the best solution for those, who do not enjoy censorship, choosing cybersecurity and freedom instead.

And yet, current existing centralized services are still not perfect due to overpricing, selling user data and not being fully-anonymous like they claim to be.

Dima Rusakov, CEO of VPN provider Privatix and popular temporary email service Temp-Mail.org, confirms that these are the crucial issues for the VPN market. Building decentralized P2P VPN on Blockchain would change the industry of VPN, CDN and cybersecurity.

In order to fulfill their mission, the company starts ICO in October and Presale that starts on Sept. 14. After years of hard work on VPN service with over 750,000 users and temporary email-service with over 250,000 daily visitors, Privatix Limited presents a concept for the future solution, aiming to create the biggest idle bandwidth marketplace.

Imagine how many hours a day, when you are asleep or when you are out for a job, your bandwidth stands idle, even though it is already paid for. What if everyone from little kids, going to sleep early, to Internet hosting services and businesses could sell unused capacity with a few clicks and no risks?

Yes, this is beneficial both for those who would like to earn extra money, and for those seeking for bandwidth. Privatix software will allow its’ users to do it with no technical knowledge.

Why Blockchain-based solution is a game-changer

Some people want to earn some money on idle bandwidth and they sell it. Some people want to bypass restrictions and they buy it. But it is way more than that.

Building Blockchain-based P2P VPN entails developing subsequent business solutions in a long-term period. The same idea with selling unused capacity can be implemented on a larger scale, attracting, for instance, hosting services to sell unused servers capacity.

Consequently, it enlarges the market and attracts more serious players. The Content Delivery Network industry, for example, may also be influenced since such product improves availability and speed of loads.

One of the disadvantages of existing centralized VPN is that sometimes the usage of VPN can be detected by DPI-based blockers and users still are not able to get access. Such blockers are used at the well-known Great Firewall of China, for instance. Privatix’s solution is based on DPI-free protocol, which is harder to detect and consequently grants much more freedom.

In the long run, it may also become a basis for anti-censorship solutions for app developers, who want to make sure that their apps will not be blocked. It can also become an alternative approach to monetizing these apps.

This is a win-win scheme again: app owners receive traffic while Privatix, on the other hand, gets idle bandwidth from users, who installed the apps. Privatix promises to introduce such features by providing Mobile Software Development Kit, which can be easily integrated into any application.

Building crypto-economy and preventing risks

The theoretical basis of creating an internal crypto economy is very simple and it makes its’ functioning very clear. Agents are selling their bandwidth to the clients for internal cryptocurrency called PRIX.

The market will be operated with this new cryptocurrency only. The higher demand for the bandwidth is, the more attractive this market becomes for the agents, making their services more expensive.

Vice versa, the higher supply for the bandwidth is, the more clients are attracted to the market, wishing to buy cheap capacity.

However, misuse of such capacity could become the real issues for exit nodes. Right now the company works on developing a solution for legal issues.

Privatix suggests to try to shift responsibility from Agents to their company and legal help in case of emergency. This might still be a debatable solution, but it is way more than existing market currently offers.

Upcoming ICO and team-members plans

The international team of Privatix consists of coders and entrepreneurs with mainly technical background.

The co-founder of the project has already run VPN-related companies Privatix Limited, five vpn and Temp-Mail for over six years, so he is not new to the industry. Furthermore, team members promise to sell all other businesses to focus on a Blockchain-based project only.

Pre-ICO starts on Sept. 14 aiming to sell three percent of tokens. For each token purchased, Privatix gifts 60 percent bonus, so buyers receive 1.6 PRIX for each one PRIX purchased during pre-ICO stage.

ICO starts on Oct. 19 and will last for four weeks. Seven percent of tokens will be reserved for the employees and founders, who are not allowed to sell tokens within a year to guarantee their focus and dedication to the project.

After ICO, the company starts working on cross-platform software and Privatix Network development. The deadline for the final release is set for the second quarter of 2019. By the end of 2020, Privatix wants to introduce developed CDN, based on Privatix Network.
