Jim Harper, the Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute, has recently begun working in partnership with the Bitcoin Foundation as global policy counsel to contribute some professional research to the development of Bitcoin.
On 2 April the scientist and professional risk manager announced that his study “Removing Impediments to Bitcoin’s Success” is ready and can be freely viewed on the web.
The initial plan of Mr. Harper is to present the results and analysis at the Bitcoin 2014 Conference in Amsterdam (May 15-17).
