Genesis Mining has risen from the midst of the rapidly-expanding cloudmining market to lead the way for scrypt mining in 2014. The German-directed, Bermuda-registered corporation offers some of the most flexible and feature-packed mining experiences available, and is continuing to expand its capabilities and outreach.
We caught up with founder Marco Streng at Inside Bitcoins Hong Kong and the Central European Bitcoins Conference to get the latest news on the company's development plans, challenges and achievements, as well as some off-topic talking points.
Marco himself has had a thorough training in digital currency matters. Since initially mining Bitcoin privately back in 2011, his interests moved first to Litecoin and then to the founding of Genesis Mining last year.
